1. Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of snacks, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
• This ensures that all products reaching customers are fresh and safe to consume.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders before dispatch or in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photo or video).
• We will replace the product or process a refund at our discretion.
